As a foreigner, I recently had a dream about my ex. It was strange because I hadn’t thought about them in years. We were walking through Central Park, laughing and enjoying each other’s company. It felt like old times, but at the same time, something was different. It’s funny how dreams can bring up memories and emotions we thought were long gone. Thinking about my ex made me reflect on the relationship we had and what went wrong. We were young and in love, but sometimes love isn’t enough. As I walked through the dreamy landscape of Central Park, I couldn’t help but wonder what my ex was doing now. Were they happy? Did they ever think about me? It’s strange how the mind can wander in dreams and conjure up such vivid thoughts. However, upon waking up, I realized that my dream was just that - a dream. My ex and I had both moved on with our lives, and it was important to focus on the present and future rather than dwell on the past. Overall, my dream was bittersweet. It was nice to revisit those happy memories, but it also made me realize how far I’ve come since then. Life is unpredictable and constantly changing, and it’s important to cherish the good times while keeping an open mind about what the future holds.
