Dreaming About Speaking English Last night, I had a dream that I was speaking English fluently and confidently. In my dream, I was in a foreign country, chatting with locals in perfect English. It felt so real that I woke up feeling disappointed that it was just a dream. Although I am not a native speaker, English has always been my favorite language. I started learning English in elementary school and had numerous opportunities to communicate with native speakers during my university studies abroad. However, I still feel nervous and self-conscious when speaking English in public, especially when I make mistakes. Perhaps my dream was a sign that I am improving and gaining more confidence in my English skills. Dreaming about speaking English fluently signifies that it is an important goal in my life. It also reminded me that I should continue to practice and seek help when needed. Language learning is a journey, and the process can be challenging at times. However, the rewards of being able to communicate in another language are immense. In addition to opening up new opportunities, it allows us to connect with people from different cultures and gain a deeper understanding of the world. After having this dream, I am more motivated than ever to keep practicing my English. Who knows, maybe one day my dream will come true, and I will be speaking English fluently like a native. Until then, I will continue to work hard and enjoy the learning process.
